So the past few years I have planned for Derric on his birthday for my dad, his step-father and brother-in-law to take him out for a day of golfing! This year John took over the planning of it and it turned into the Rykert Invitational! They ended up getting 11 guys to go up to Park City for three days to stay in the condo and play as much golf as they could fit in! My brother Clay even flew in from California when his wife was due to go into labor at any minute! They ended up playing a total of 72 holes of golf in 2 days! They had a blast and are already planning next years events! We did not do a ton to celebrate his actual birthday when he got back, because he was pretty much partied out. So I got a slice of cake from Dell Taco and threw his presents wrapped in Walmart bags on the table for him! Exciting! He did have a pretty good birthday to say the least!
