Soooo Proud of Derric!

Derric received the honor of EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH for all of American Fork City! And there are hundreds of employees! Nobody probably knows this because Derric would never mention it and probably will be embarrassed that I blogged about it-but I am so proud of him and all his hard work he has put in and all the stress he has had to deal with. Here are just a few of the kind words that they wrote to him!

Your ability to organize and manage several different activities at the same time while still giving direction to your many supervisors and departments is exceptional. You never loose your cool and are always willing to help. The time you spend training, communicating and developing innovative programs and ways to lower costs or bring in more revenue is commendable. Your commitment, energy and desire to work harder radiates to your staff and patrons.
