4th of July was a lot of fun but we were up early and home late. We got the kids up at 5:30 am and went down to the freedom run with the rest of Cassie's family. We ran in the kids 1 mile race this year because all the kids wanted to race and not just watch this time. Then we headed over to find a spot on the parade route. The kids like it for about the first 30 minutes and then were ready to go. We then met up to tailgate at BYU stadium and have dinner. It was fun to eat and chat and throw the football and frisbee around with the kids. Next we were off to 'Stadium of fire' were we got to see the blue man group, parachuters, jets, and Miley Cyrus! It was a blast but waaaay too long! The kids had melt downs before the fireworks even came. We feel blessed that we were able to go and celebrate with friends and family!
